Boxcom Cablecom is looking to recruit RF technical engineers. The role includes installation of, Freeview, Freesat, DAB & FM aerials and equipment in addition to working on audio visual, data communication systems, high definition and home technology equipment.
This position is aimed at a skilled RF rigger/engineer looking to progress their skills and work on next generation technology.
This role is customer facing so excellent customer skills required, working at heights is involved so experience and qualification is preferred.
On-going training on technical engineering systems shall be provided, this position is ideally aimed at an individual wanting to progress their knowledge and skill working within a fast changing industry.
Knowledge of foreign satellite and IRS would be an advantage.

This role is based on responding to customer call outs and small project work.
The ability to identify and resolve common faults and carry out small works is essential .

This position is self-employed and payment is pro rata to hours worked.
